An immersive, travel-inspired experience at Roth’s Sea & Steak that transported guests through a vintage layover lounge, colorful first class lounge, and Santorini inspired terrace. Personalized luggage tags, live music, curated cocktails, and interactive details made the evening feel like a destination of its own.

Meet Hannah Elyse
Hannah Elyse is a hospitality entrepreneur, experiential event planner, and producer known for transforming ambitious ideas into immersive guest experiences. Across her event-centered businesses, she has built and led teams for intimate gatherings, multi-room transformations, and corporate activations serving more than 1,000 guests.
Her perspective on hospitality was selected for IMEX America’s 2026 education program. Hannah understands both the visible experience and the detailed work behind it - leading every project with creativity and care.
