The Experience
PASSPORT transformed Roth’s Sea & Steak into an immersive journey from Denver to Santorini.
From the moment guests arrived, every space represented another stage of travel. Boarding passes, destination inspired environments, interactive activations, live music, cocktails, and changing soundscapes guided guests through the experience—culminating in an open air escape inspired by the Greek coast.

01 — CHECK IN
The journey began the moment guests arrived. Each guest received a custom boarding pass, had it stamped at check-in, and was welcomed with an espresso martini - immediately establishing that this would be more than a traditional evening at the restaurant.

From check-in in Denver to arrival in Santorini.
02 — THE LAYOVER
Guests entered the Layover Lounge, where a live jazz trio and vintage travel details set the tone for the journey ahead. From there, they moved into an interactive travel room featuring a postcard station, custom luggage tags, and a photo experience - each offering a personal way to participate in the story.
03 — ROTH AIR
The experience shifted from vintage and moody to bright and playful inside the Roth Air VIP Lounge. Guests enjoyed colorful destination-inspired cocktails, stepped into a custom photo experience that transformed them into Roth Air flight attendants, and received their own travel visa before continuing toward departure.
04 — ARRIVAL IN SANTORINI
The final passage led guests through an airport inspired corridor, with destination signage carrying them from Denver toward the Greek coast. Upon stepping outside, the atmosphere shifted completely—new music, Santorini inspired cocktails, coastal details, and open air mountain views signaled that they had officially arrived.
